Noon At Night exists to say...
Worship
is more than music, more than singing songs, more than a 20-minute
event on Sunday morning. Worship is a lifestyle; in fact,
every act in a believer's life is an act of worship—acceptable
or unacceptable to God, but worship. To worship God we must
worship Him and Him alone, and worship Him on His terms alone.
Everything
that I teach, everywhere that I lead, and every capacity in
which I operate, is to help God’s people understand,
remember, and apply this principal in their lives.

All of my studies are presented
in their entirety and are, therefore, sometimes lengthy.
I hope to give insightful looks at God's Word that
are edifying and helpful in drawing readers into a
closer relationship with Christ through greater knowledge
of Him. Christ is the Word of God, which is on what
I base my belief that studying the Bible should move
us toward knowing Him better, conform us to His image,
and increase our ability and desire to express worship
to Him through every aspect of our lives. |

Articles are shorter documents
through which I share my own thoughts and feelings
on particular subjects. I limit the subjects to biblically
based topics or topics through which God's perspective,
heart, and mind can be expressed. |

Joshua
1:8
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth,
but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that
you may be careful to do according to all that is
written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous,
and then you will have good success.
In Eastern meditation,
one is to empty the mind in order to allow in whatever
spiritual influences that might be seeking entrance.
Biblical meditation is very differrent from this in
that it is meant to fill one's mind with the Word
of God thereby guarding the mind from those ungodly
spiritual influences. This section contains devotional
style meditations on various portions of scripture.
